Return Requirements

• Items must be unused and in original condition with all tags attached
• Original receipt or proof of purchase is required
• All original packaging must be included
• Items must be free from wear, damage, or alterations

2. Fill out the return form included with your purchase
3. Package your item securely with all original materials
   
4. Ship the item using a tracked shipping method

Refund Information

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Processing time for refunds is 5-7 business days after we receive your return
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

• Digital products and downloads
• Sale Items

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• We will cover return shipping costs
• A replacement will be shipped upon receipt of the damaged item
• Photos of damaged items are required
